My tracking link is not updating, why is this?

We are sorry that the tracking link is not updating. This is a rare occasion. Our courier partners tracking links are immediately up to date when the package is being processed.

Tracking links fail to update due to:

• A busy period example: Christmas, where not all packages will be scanned.
• Courier error such as forgetting to scan the package.
• Software error.

On occasion a link will fail to update and the package hasn't been scanned but sometimes the package is still en route in your country.

Generally the most efficient way to find the package's status is by contacting your local courier as they may have this package at your local post office.

You will need your tracking number which you will have received in an earlier email.
