My order is late, why is this?

We're sorry for any delays you are experiencing.

Delays can happen for a number of reasons:

• Sometimes there can be a production issue on your decals which requires a reprint to ensure they are perfect, if this occurred with your order we would have emailed you about this separately.
• There can also be delays with the couriers which are outside of our control:
  • Your package could have been held up unexpectedly at customs. 
  • Couriers could be dealing with a large backlog of packages to deliver.
  • Your package's delivery could have been hampered by a busy courier period which can vary from month to month.
• We are not always aware of the reasons for this but apologise on behalf of the shipping agents for any delays during this part of the process.
