We're sorry for any delays you are experiencing.
Delays can happen for a number of reasons:
- Sometimes there can be a production issue on your decals which requires a reprint to ensure they are perfect, if this occurred with your order we would have emailed you about this separately.
- There can also be delays with the couriers which are outside of our control:
- Your package could have been held up unexpectedly at customs.
- Couriers could be dealing with a large backlog of packages to deliver.
- Your package's delivery could have been hampered by a busy courier period which can vary from month to month.
- We are not always aware of the reasons for this but apologise on behalf of the shipping agents for any delays during this part of the process.
We hope you like your decals and that the delay has not spoilt your experience with us.
