My uploaded logo has a black shape around the outside of the logo, why?

Occasionally uploaded icons can print with a black box / rectangle / square around the icon. 

This is a printing error and we will fix this for you no problem. 

Simply take a picture of the affected area and send it to [e-mail] with the order number of the affected area and we'll issue replacements free of charge for you.
