What logos can I not use?

Due to licensing agreements, Motocal unfortunately cannot produce official versions of these logos:

• Red Bull
• Husqvarna
• KTM

We offer cool, alternative replacements for these brand logos in our app. Simply search for these names in our database. Other brand logos are free to use.

In order for us to produce designs with the above brand logos KTM, Husqvarna or Red Bull, you must supply us with proof that you have permission to use their logos. If you do not have permission you may be able to independently request permission from these brands

Motocal is a design platform. It gets used by all sorts of users from professional riders, dealers, sponsored rider, designers working on their behalf etc. We don’t preference any design over another, that is based on the user's/designer's preferences. We provide a design tool.

As per our T&Cs the person ordering agrees that they have the right to use the trademarks from the trademark owners. The use of Motocal does not infer this right. If there is an issue Motocal can follow up directly.

It is Motocal’s policy that we engage with all TM owners (as we have done on numerous occasions) to meet their needs & requirements.
