If you notice a mistake in your design after you place your order, don't panic, we're here to help.
At Motocal, all orders are printed instantly, if you wish to make an edit to a submitted design, this can be done by emailing info@motocal.com with an explanation and your order number / email used. On occasion we can intercept an order before it's printed.
- If the order has a mistake pre-printing, we can give you a 90% discount code to use to re-order.
- If the order has a mistake post-printing, we can give you a 70% discount code to use to re-order.
- If the order has a mistake but it has shipped, we can give you a 30% discount code to use to re-order.
We must charge as we have incurred a cost printing the decals.
